Blog on Google?

  My website is called alovehatekarachi.wordpress.com and so, obviously, I haven’t paid for to host the website or for a domain. Can I still get the site on Google without having paid?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes, a free or upgraded site, it doesn’t make any difference. However your account was only set up today, so your site won’t have been indexed yet. In fact, it can often take up to 8 weeks (but sometimes less) for new WordPress.com sites to appear on Google and the other search engines. Regularly posting unique and interesting posts/images will help the search-bots eventually find your site.
