  I built what I thought was a website in wordpress but I’m worried I’ve built a blog instead! can someone help please?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hey there,

  It definitely looks like a website to me. =) A blog is only a website with a dynamic page that updates whenever you post on it. if you do not want that particular page, you can follow the instructions here:

  OMG Darnell, thank you so much!
  I was told it was a blog and have now been trying to install wordpress a different way which has been causing me so much trouble!
  thank you so much you have saved me so much time as now I do not need to build another website!
  can I ask you something else?
  I have built this site, and I have a domain name for it do I now need to find a host for it? if so would you recommend fasthosts?

  The site is already being hosted by us for free! =)

  So, you have a domain hosted elsewhere?

  In order to use your domain hosted elsewhere with your WordPress.com site, you’ll need to change the domain nameservers at your domain host, and point them over to WordPress.com. Our nameservers are:

  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  Then, you’ll need to purchase the mapping subscription upgrade so that you can map your domain over to your WordPress.com site.
