Blog part of my site broken and it’s like a gost theam

  I have a great site I started with a old theam then upgraded and deleted old one problem is old one keeps popping up all the time like if you go to my website blog and you click a blog post it will show footer of old theam but will not update and also if I go to edit it shows correct page I update and publish and look at preview or live it still on old theam I go to switch to another theam old theam comes back

  the blog page that is there that shows all blogs that was one I made named blog and pointed my links to because original blog page acting same way
