The front page of https://sparkanddazzle.wordpress.com/ is set to display your latest posts, and there isn’t a link to your posts or blog page in the menu. To display posts instead of a static page on the front page, change the setting at Customize > Static Front Page > Front page displays, to the option “Your latest posts.”
Your post can be found in the year, month, day, and author archives pages, and also at the single post URL https://sparkanddazzle.wordpress.com/2016/10/18/fall-fun-2/.
