Blog post appears twice

The moment I had set my posts to appear on Blog page, my post appears twice. One in the image form right under the header menu and other on blog page with summary. With customize options, I could only change the height of the image. There is no option to disable that image.
I want to remove the image under header menu and what my posts to appear only ones.
