  • Hi there,

So you’re writing your post and when you hit Pubish all the text and photos vanish leaving you only with the title?

Can you please let me know the title of the post you’re working on so I can have a closer look?

  • Unknown's avatar

    yeah that’s exactly what’s happening,

The title is “initial research” in my A2 research section of my media coursework blog, thank you:)

  • I can see several revisions of that post here:

    https://lilyjohnsonmediastudies.wordpress.com/wp-admin/revision.php?revision=284

Does that contain the content you’re missing?

Please clear your browser cache, make sure your browser allows JavaScript, and if you’re using any ad-blocker or anti-tracking plugins, disable those to be on the safe side (those types of add-ons can sometimes block some of the code the editor needs to work). Then restore the revision you want and continue working on the post.

It shows some of it, but not all, i had at least 8 paragraphs and 2 inserts. The version i finished isn’t shown at all.

  • Then the missing content was never uploaded to our servers. That’s why I suggested you clear the browser cache before continuing – something could have gotten stuck in the cache causing the editor to time out while sending that content to us.

Unfortunately there’s nothing we can do in that case – if the content never made it from your browser to our servers, we have no idea what it was.
