blog post disappeared

  Hello. I was writing a post titled Glass Jawed. I saved repeatedly. When I published it, the post disappeared. It’s not in the trash. It’s not in the drafts. It’s not in the published. It was invisible and my post count was still at 20. Then after a few minutes the post count changed to 19. It is still not found anywhere. I’ve checked everything.
