Blog Post Follower Email Post

When someone follows my blog, they receive each new post by email. It is just a boring text post though…no photos/images (which really limits the enjoyment of the post). Is there a way to just have ONLY A LINK to the new post emailed to each follower…so they have to click on the blog itself…to actually read the content?

mysecretsalzburg.com is a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting, hosted by Unified Layer on Bluehost servers and linked to your wordpress.com account via the Jetpack plugin.
