blog post published on phone app, but not showing up

  Hi! I’m totally new to WordPress and I have been searching for ages trying o find the answer to my question, but can’t find it.

  I added a blog entry via the app on my phone. It shows up on my phone, but doesn’t show up on my iPad app or on my desktop computer… Help, please!
  I’ve tried changing date/time settings, changing the theme, deleting and reinstalling the app, searching for the post on the desktop – and I can’t find it anywhere, but on my phone app…
  Don’t know what to do?!?!
