  I’d like at least my most recent my blog post to show up in its entirety without having to click on each individual post, is that possible?

  The theme you have chosen, Vision, is designed to present blog content in that “shortened” style. You could ask on the CSS Customization forum here:

  https://en.forums.wordpress.com/forum/css-customization

  And see if anyone has a suggestion as far as forcing full posts. But even if possible, it will change the layout significantly.

  If full posts are important, you may want to look at picking a different theme.
