Blog Posts not allowing me to set to homepage

  I’m trying to get my most recent posts as the homepage but whenever I click set Blog Posts to home page it does nothing and doesn’t change. Please help!!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The site https://ibloggg.wordpress.com/ is displaying the latest posts on the homepage.
