I need help because I am accused of plagiarizing several blog posts which I was not aware of. I have an old laptop that glitches a lot and I believe this website was not being kind to me in that aspect as well. Please get me a customer service person so I can talk on the phone with them.

May you please provide the URL of the site being accused of plagiarising. There is no talking to WordPress.com staff on phone, you can only communicate through emails, and live chat depending on your plan and also on this forum for free plan websites.
I will mark the thread for staff attention, in the meantime please share the URL of the site address. These documents on user guidelines and copyright issues may also be worth reading while you wait for staff to get back to you

You suspect that the functionality of your website has somehow lead to your site being accused of plagiarizing somehow? Who is accusing you of this? Is your site supposed to be private so that it cannot be seen online?
