  Hello, I would like my blog users to register on it. Is this feature available on the free plan?

  Hi there!

  If you’d like your visitors to create accounts on your blog, you would need a membership plugin. Plugins are available on plans Business and eCommerce:

  https://wordpress.com/support/business-plan/.

  If what you’re trying to do is limit who can access your blog, you may try setting it as private. That way, only users who you accepted will be able to see your blog:
