Hello,
I am trying to set up a blog and I believe i have accidentally set up or are in the process of setting up a website through WordPress. When I was evaluating the different products WordPresss offers, i clicked on something and I received a message indicating that my webpage was been created. I am now getting amessage that payment is pending.Help.. i am jsut trying to figure out how to stat a blog.

Hi Luisa,
Creating a blog and creating a website with us is one and the same. The only difference is in how you configure your site: To have a blog you’ll configure it with a page that displays your posts in a newsfeed (traditionally on the front page of the site, but you can delegate this to another page as well), and to have a website you’d instead focus on static content added via pages.
Your site at https://eyesonvirginia.wordpress.com/ is currently configured with a static front page, but that page includes the Blog Posts block which will list your three most recent blog posts, with the rest of your blog posts visible if you click on the Blog item in the menu.
You can also change it so the blog feed itself shows on the front page, as explained here:

It sounds like at some point you added a paid plan to your cart, but you never completed the purchase. Click on that notice, and you’ll be able to remove the plan from the cart which will stop that notice from appearing.
