  I would like to ‘speak’ with a person regarding my site and the possible upgrade. How do you get some person to person (phone) conversation ?

  That saddens me to not be able to speak with a human being instead I have to try to figure out the issue and type. I am attempting to update our ministry site after having experienced a time of not being able to due to illness. Things are some what different and I would like to set the site up more effectively and presentable. We have discussed upgrading, but I am clear as to what happens to the what is already there. How will the upgrade take place?
