Blog Site to a Web Site

  I have a blog spot (inactive). Can I use that domain and build a website around my blog?
  If so, how do I do that?

  Yes, you can! The difference between a blog and a website is basically around how you set up the layout of your site. You can have a blog within a website or you can leave a blog out of your website so that you have only static pages (like Homepage, About, Contact, etc.).

  It sounds like you’d like to have a blog and a website at the same time. So you can keep your blog as is and create some other static pages and optionally change the homepage of your site so that it shows the page content instead of the list of the latest blog posts.
