    I have recently tried to open this site. However despite starting a web page etc I cannot open it or do anything with it as it just defaults to insp1ralgems and keeps asking me about jetpack. I can’t do anything with any of this and wish to cancel the whole thing and have my payment of £36.00 refunded.

    What exactly do you want to cancel?

    You’re posting here as the username, insp1ralgems. This account has never bought anything from WordPress.com. The site listed in your account, http://inspiralgems.com/, is not hosted with us, but hosted with Bluehost.com and connected to your account via the Jetpack plugin. That’s why you see Jetpack plans if you go to the Plans page.

    There is no account on WordPress.com with the username, insp1r8lg3ms
