  my blog was suspended for unknown reason, may I know how to activate back and who can I contact regarding this matter?

  That site is not a free hosted WordPress.com blog. Contact whoever you pay to host it as we cannot help you here. It’s not hosted here. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

  It’s your web host that has the power to suspend your blog. They are who to contact.
