blog title

  hi. i set up my blog title to read shopinspiration.wordspress.com. but it still comes up under myname.wordspress.com. i have tried to change this in the general setting as advised by the help feature. it seems to display correctly in the settings there, but when i go to shopinspiration.wordspress.com it says there is no such blog. when i type in my name and last name dot wordpress dot com, it takes me to my test posts. can you help?
