Blog Title dissapeared

My blog is at http://myp90xquest.wordpress.com/ and when I added a widget the rest of my sidebar went away. I was able to get that back but my Title is gone. I went to general settings and it has text in the title box and is saved, yet nothing is appearing on my blog. What am i missing?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

This is normal and expected behavior. Every theme has a default display of widgets. When you add widgets of your own choice the default display of widgets is over-ridden by your choices. Go to -> Appearance -> Widgets and drag and rop the ones you want in your sidebar into the sidebar box.(2) I went to general settings and it has text in the title box and is saved, yet nothing is appearing on my blog. What am i missing?
If you went here -> Settings -> General and entered a tittle on the title line and then scrolled to the bottom to “Save Changes” then it should be displaying. Are you sure you scrolled to the bottom of the page and clicked “Save Changes”?

No not yet! You’ve probably clicked the “Hide Text” option. Go to Appearance > Custom Header: if it says “Show Text”, click it then click Save Changes.

panag – Thats didnt work.
TSP – When i grabbed the neat template the title was there. Was the fact that it showed a glitch?

Oops, yes it does.
Go to appearance > custom header, click on the “show text” button, then click on the “select color” button and select a color to use for the text. You can also try using the “original color” button, but I can’t get it to work at all.

Ok… this is weird… i click on show text, then save… view page and not there… go back to edit and it still says show text…

Change them manually in every post and page as you create them.

Purchase a CSS editing upgrade and change them yourself. There is no staff support for this option which is not recommended to those who have no CSS editing experience, and which must be paid for annually.

I’m wondering if on the “neat” theme if the “original color” is transparent? It has never shown up with a title for me, and it doesn’t on appearance > themes either.
That page – at least with Neat – seems to have some issues as I had to set a color 3 times for the text before it would actually take.

I need to make the time to settle into your blog and start reading every post in it. I won’t have the time to do that until mid January. What a shame we cannot copy and paste skillsets into emails and gift each other with them … lol D:
