re: Content (not themes and not text widget content)
I’s your content; you can do whatever you like with it. This support doc explains the various ways to transfer your content to another blog or platform http://en.support.wordpress.com/export/If you’ve registered your domain through WordPress.com and now want it to point to a blog or website hosted elsewhere then you can do this by updating the nameservers.

Provided you install JetPack on your WordPress.org install and activate it Staff can do this for you. -

To be clear WordPress.com and WordPress.org do not run on the exactly the same software. Premium themes purchased via WordPress.com are coded to run on our WordPress.com multiuser software and are not transferable to WordPress.org installs.
When you purchase a premium theme, it is available for the lifetime of that blog. If you would like to use the same theme across multiple blogs, you’ll have to purchase the theme for each blog.
Note: Premium Themes are customized for WordPress.com usage only, and cannot be transferred to self-hosted WordPress.org sites. http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/premium-themes/
