Blog URL Help

  Hello,

  I’m trying to restore my blog to its former name. Is there a way to get all of my blogs from AngelaDonahuePhotography.wordpress.com back to AngelaNiesz.wordpress.com where they originally came from?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  Both sites presently have archives covering the period January to October 2011. Do they not contain the same posts (blogs)?

  I finally figured out I could export from one blog and import into the other. Of course, I have to redo all the formatting and the theme is no longer available to use with the current blog, but I’m just glad I didn’t lose the important stuff. Thank you for responding too.

  If you’re switching back to the older site, AngelaNiesz.wordpress.com, then you should be able to retain the theme which was displaying previously. Didn’t I see another theme on there earlier?

  WordPress.com suggests that you switch from a retired theme, but it isn’t always necessary. I use a retired theme on my primary site and have yet to encounter a significant issue.
