Blog was erased, how do I restore it?

My blog was erased and I want to restore it. I used 000webhost.com address and they say it’s up and working. in WordPress “my blogs” it says I have 1 blog with one post, but that was the first post out of many. my blog was alive and well for 2 months and used as a diary of all I’m going through in my trip. I did not back up any of it, never thought I’d need to. Please, how do I restore it?
My real URL was http://www.yotam.co.cc and now it leads nowhere.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That was a self-hosted WordPress.org blog, which we really can’t help with.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation and support sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at http://codex.wordpress.org/ and http://wordpress.org/support/
