Blog will not load correctly and cannot access the dashboard

My blog will not load certain pages, such as the dashboard etc. I am using a PC with all of the latest updates etc. I am connected to the internet via a cable and the speed all seems fine. I am trying to run my blog but it is now becoming increasingly frustrating and annoying.

Please be more specific about “all the latest updates etc”. What browser and version? Are you in a country that has throttled WordPress.com in the past like China, Turkey, Bahrain?

I, too, am having an issue navigating to the dashboard. I am currently using Firefox, and am in the USA.
