Blog won’t save

  Hello,

  I am trying to blog today, but my site won’t save drafts and I cannot upload media. Can you help? Thanks!

  Hi there,

  That sounds like it might be a browser issue.

  Please make a copy of any unsaved drafts and paste them into a text editor like Notepad (not a word processor like MS Word), as a backup.

  Then try clearing your browser cache. If that doesn’t work, also try resetting your modem/router, try disabling all browser extensions you have installed and also check if using a different browser helps.

  Solve Common Browser Issues

  If none of that works, can you please let us know what browser you’re using, including the browser version number?
