  Then stay at blogspot?

  There are no comparable, retro themes at WordPress.com

  raincoaster, blogger no longer allows IE, must use chrome and trying that I can no longer post in the format, i’ve been using.

  You are never going to get an exact match –

  but look in Dashboard >> Appearance >> Themes

  I saw at least two that looked nice to me – there are 204 themes to choose from – some you can easily change the background color

  I can no longer simply press ‘control a’, ‘control c’ on a poem and then ‘control v’ onto a new blogger post, then download the art and have it come out the way it did there. This is what I need, all else, I’m not worried about.

  You need to be real careful about pasting text into a blog here – if you come from Word it is not a web program and can bring junk formatting that can really mess up your blog –

  You should paste into the Post using the paste boxes ( 2nd line of the editor the “T” or “W” box)

  The media picture insert now has a drag from your desk top and drop into the Post mode so you don’t need to search your hard drive for the folder the picture is in – media / pictures are inserted from the top line of the editor
