Blogger Importer Not Working

I’ve tried to upload my XML file several times and it never works. I’m always sent to a screen that says ‘Import Blogger’ with a submit button, and then
‘All done. Have fun!
Remember to update the passwords and roles of imported users.’ With none of my content present.
