  Hi there, when you import a site from blogger to WPcom, your content is imported.

  All posts and comments
  Any attached media items, including photos, videos, and embedded files

  On a free WPcom site, you can use any of the free themes available in your site’s Themes dashboard or purchase a Premium theme as a one-time purchase.
