Blogroll changes not appearing

Hi, I have made some changes to my Blog roll links at the top of my page. However, none of the changes are appearing including title changes and link address. I have twice deleted my cache and tried using two different browsers. When inside my links edit window, and selecting view link, it connects perfectly. please help!

What exactly are you speaking of? I don’t see a blogroll widget anywhere on your site.
If you’re referring to the horizontal black bar at the top of your site, that is the site menu, and changes you make in the Links section of the dashboard has no effect at all on that.
To display the links you added in the Links section on your site, you need to add the Links/Blogroll widget to one of your theme’s widget areas:

To change the links appearing in the site menu, you need to edit the menu directly at My Site ->Customize ->Menus:
