  That site is up and running. But is it isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform nor is it connected to a wordpress.com account for login. That explains why you don’t see it over here in your wordpress.com account. You can log in to your site at https://eventsbygillianandco.com/wp-login.php using the credentials you choose when you set up that site.
