Blogs I Follow widget

Hi there. I have added the Blogs I Follow widget to my page but is including a blog which no longer exists so I obviously cannot follow any more. It was another one of my blogs but I removed it from my account. Does anyone know a way to remove it from the widget? Or will it still exist somewhere in my account where the widget is finding it’s information from?
To clarify, it doesn’t come up anywhere on the widget settings but when I publish the site, there is a blank square with a question mark in it (it’s in grid view) and when you click on it, it just tells you the site is unavailable

What’s the blog you want to remove from that widget? I only see four blogs there and all of them are online. Here’s a screenshot of what I’m seeing:
If you’re still seeing another one, removing and re-adding the widget might refresh it.
