BluHost site and WordPress site out of sync

    WordPress.com informed me of a plugin error this morning. When I clicked the link to the error, at first glance, all looked good… then, I noticed that the view of my site at the wordpress link was newer than the one I get when I go to wordpress from my BlueHost account. My site went blank a few days ago with no backup so I paid BlueHost to recover it from their servers. It now seems behind what wordpress has and the two do not appear to be syncing. How do I fix ? Thanks in advance for your attention.
