Blunder during change of rights

    Greetings!
    I blundered when I changed admin rights without substituting another account.
    Basically removed admin access to the account without first creating the replacement.
    Have all the credentials to the old admin account and can access the mail and can get the customer to verify my identity.
    Reason for change is the old IT admin has left and I am the new IT lead on the account.
    Hopefully I can directed to someone that can either undo the change or give admin access to a account.
