Bolding a phrase on Classic Editor
-
Hey guys,
My problem is straightforward.I use the ‘bold’ option to emphasize some sentences in the classic editor plugin. However, when I publish the website, it doesn’t show me the changes I made.
The phrase remains the same, unbold.
Why does it happen? Does anyone know how to solve this problem? -
Hi!
Can you share an example of a post where you are seeing that happen?
Also, what browser are you using? Does it happen if you try a different browser? Are you using any browser extensions? Can you try disabling them and seeing if that changes things?
-
It happens in all posts.
I use Chrome, the same problem happens on Explorer as well.I use several extensions.
Removing the extensions doesn’t change the situation.I am wondering what’s the problem, 😒.

Without some extensive digging, it’s hard for us to tell which posts have words that should be bolded.
Would you be willing to share a link to an affected post?
-
For exmaple, the article begins with the words “Finding a job.”
These 3 words are bolded in my WordPress account.
However, they are shown unbolded to the visitor on the website. -
I am looking at the posts here:
https://wordpress.com/postsAnd all I see are example posts for your site. Could you send a link to the site, and to an affected post?
