Booking system glitch?

    Im not sure if i was scammed or if its a glitch in the system. Last year in july august and september i used a booking systemp through wp that i ended up changing. My booking is now with fareharbour since september 2020. Just recently we have had 2 clients claim they booked a spot with no record of them. With some digging i have found out there was another website exacly the same as mine but the booking system was different and the booking time was not ours. We havent used the old booking in 9 month. How did the clients manage to book on the wrong system and come up with random time booked?
