Borrar blog sin entrar al panel admin

  Hola, sufrí un ataque de piratas y no puedo entrar al panel de admin. Ya pedi ayuda y me mandasteis a wordpress.org, el caso es que yo tengo el blog en .com aunque redireccionado a un dominio de pago. Solo quiero eliminar el blog, nada mas. Ya he borrado todo lo que he podido desde el panel de 1and1 pero no puedo eliminar las carpetas de wp-admin y wp-content donde se supone que hay archivos infectados que no son visibles.
  Agradeceria que me explicaran como borrar mis blog y mi cuenta en wordpres.COM.

  Hi, I suffered an attack of pirates and I can not enter the admin panel. I ask for help and you sent me to wordpress.org. I just want to delete the blog, nothing more. I’ve deleted everything I could from 1and1 panel but I can not delete folders wp-admin and wp-content where it is assumed that there are infected files that are not visible.
  I appreciate that explain how to delete my blog and my account wordpres.COM.
