Both the featured image and title of article ONLY showing on homepage

    On the theme that I am using, Illustrator, the preview of the theme shows only the featured images and it’s titles on it’s homepage. I want mine to be that way as well, where you have to click on the title of the article to get to it’s actual content. So that way the whole the whole article is not displayed on the homepage. Is there a certain way of doing that? I’m not sure why mine does not automatically do that since that’s how the preview of the theme seems to be shown.

    You have the website set to open on a Static Page. Don’t do that. Set it to open on the Blog Posts.
