Bought a 10 year licence for daytastart.tech

    Hey there. I just bought a 10-year license for my blog, but then realized that I need to transfer hosting and I see two options.

    If I transfer my domain, do I need to pay extra since I already paid for 10 years? Really need your help!

    Hi there, are you wanting to have one of your sites here appear under daytastart.tech? If so, you would need either the ;WordPress.com Personal, Premium or Business plan, which include domain mapping so that you can use the domain that you bought on a site here. The 10-year registration you did was only for the domain name registration.

    There really isn’t a need to transfer the domain registration here though, the nameservers for your domain can be pointed to your site here as explained in this support document.

    Or, are you wanting to transfer your site from here to a different hosting service and self-host your own site on an installation of the WordPress.org software?
