Bought a domain from wordpress, but address not found

  A few days back I bought a domian from wordpress:
  ananyamedicalwriting.com

  I changed my primary address from ananyamedicalwriting.com to the above.

  However site is not showing up. It keeps saying DNS not updated.

  Please help.

  It looks like you have purchased Domain Mapping for ananyamedicalwriting.com, this is the upgrade that you would purchase if you had ananyamedicalwriting.com registered elsewhere and wanted to use it with your WordPress.com site.

  I have removed the Domain Mapping upgrade and added 13 in credits to your WordPress.com account.

  It looks like ananyamedicalwriting.com is available to be registered. Simply log into your WordPress.com site’s dashboard, click on Store–>Domains, enter ananyamedicalwriting.com in the “add a domain” box and click the “add domain” button. Then simply follow the instructions that appear to register your domain.
