Bought a personal plan, got a free plan!

I have a personal plan wordpress issue and I would appreciate your help with this.
We have bought a domain (handmade-buzz.com) through Go Daddy and we also bought a Personal plan on WordPress. We have xhanged the name servers of the domain with the following ones:
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
NS3.WORDPRESS.COM
When I try to open the domain handmade-buzz.com, a WordPress site is opened. The problem is that when I want to access the admin part (handmade-buzz.com/wp+admin) it directs me to handmadebuzzcom.wordpress.com/wp-admin.
When I log into wordpress.com, I could manage the content on handmadebuzz.com.wordpress.com, but the plan is Free, instead of Personal, as we bought it.
When I try to add the domain handmade-buzz.com as a primary I am getting the notification: This domain is already mapped to a WordPress.com site.
We have proof of payment, and we are not able to locate the issue. Could you assist with this problem and let us know how can we log into the Dashboard on the domain handmade-buzz.com?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

handmade-buzz.com is already mapped to handmadebuzzcom.wordpress.com by the user, handmadeunq. Is that what you wanted to do?

You can reach to WP Admin Dashboard for handmade-buzz.com using this link:
http://handmade-buzz.com/wp-admin/
handmade-buzz.com is mapped to handmadebuzzcom.wordpress.com, which is why you see the WordPress.com address after you have logged in.

I’ve checked the settings and handmade-buzz.com is set as the primary domain for handmadebuzzcom.wordpress.com.
but the plan is Free, instead of Personal, as we bought it.
There are no purchases on the account you are logged in to (unqhandmade). If you log in as handmadeunq, you can see the upgrade in Manage Purchases:

Thank you Gemmacevans for your reply. I still have some unclarities about the purchase we made. I see in manage purchases that no purchase is made, but there is a transaction from my credit card to WordPress of around 36$. Perhaps you have some idea what have I paid for if not a Personal plan?

When I look at the purchases for handmadeunq, I can see the Personal plan (which includes domain mapping). Did you log in to that account?
You won’t be able to see the purchase logged in as unqhandmade — because you aren’t the owner of the purchase.

The plan was purchased by a user called handmadeunq — so that account is the owner of the plan. If you are certain you purchased it, you were likely logged in to that account :)

The problem is solved with your help, thank you. It appears we have bought the personal account but have made a typo error in the mail. So, we have bought the personal accout with an unexisting mail. After realizing that, we have made an account with the “mistake” name on gmail and now we have access to it.
It might be interesting for you to know that it is possible to connect a wordpress account to an unexisting mail, as we did by accident.

So, we have bought the personal accout with an unexisting mail. After realizing that, we have made an account with the “mistake” name on gmail and now we have access to it.
Do you now have access to the email address for your handmadeunq account now?
When you create an account we send a confirmation email to your email address. When you confirm the address, your account is ‘activated’. At the moment, this still needs to happen for your handmadeunq account.
Let me know if you have access to the email address and I’ll help you out with the last step :)
