Bought a Premium Theme in 2016

    Hello team,

    I bought a premium theme in 2016, but haven’t used it yet and have recently tried to. The cost was $126. I have now realised that the theme is not what I wanted at all. How can I change the theme to another theme without paying for a premium one again? Or do I need to pay for another premium theme? Thank you for your time.

    Hi there,

    What theme are you speaking of, and on which site? The account you’re using to post here has never bought any premium themes from us.

    Once a premium theme is past the 30 day refund period it’s not possible to exchange it for another.

    You might want to look at your Premium Plan (which I see you’ve bought but then cancelled on this account before), which allows you to use any of our premium themes and switch between them as often as you like.
