I bought WordPress hosting and my domain from name.com. Its not allowing me to use my domain here even though I paid for hosting

I bought my WordPress hosting and domain from Name.com… but now over here its saying I need to pay again for the hosting. It looks like it was a discounted version of the pro since all I can see is pro and the free one. I need help fixing this please!

Hey there, can you clarify whether you bought hosting from us or another company?
If you bought hosting here, it seems to be under another account. Can you log in using the email address that received our receipt?

Ah, I’m sorry. I just realized I somehow didn’t process that you bought it from name.com. You will want to log into your hosting account and install your own copy of WordPress there.
We are a separate hosting company, and WordPress is free software you can run here or at most other hosts. We have more info on that in this article.
Name.com should be able to help you with this, but if not, you’re welcome to host here with us.
