Bought Theme does not deliver

    Dear WordPress Support,

I bought a theme called Romero for 80$ and was expecting much more. The design is very basic and does not include many of the features it show cased. I was expecting to have everything setup so I would only have to change a few basic things. With this theme though I have as much work as if I had not payed. I would like to have my site looking like what was shown. That I have to change the graphics, the descriptions and links. I’m still trying to work my way around, but I feel strongly ripped off.

I am even more annoyed at the customization options and don’t understand why most parts of my websites are not working. I try to adjust the fonts and every time it sets it back to default. I have a huge widget on the middle of my screen that I cannot remove or edit properly and it keeps me from editing all the side panels. Most adjustments I would like to make a re bugged and being reversed even after saving the drafts several times. I am loosing my patience, because I’m not getting anything done.

If it is less than 30 days since the upgrade you can request a refund via your “Manage Purchases” page https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/ but do bear in mind that with any theme, free or Premium, you activate it will only start taking shape when you have published a reasonable amount of content. Basic set up instructions are here: https://wordpress.com/theme/romero

I was thinking about a refund, but I would rather work with the design and everything works. I have enough content to add and also images, videos or links. I just feel like that the interface is bugged and keeps me from customizing my website the way I want to.
