Bought two different packages today, Can't cancel both of them, only one

    I bought WordPress Personal first.
    Then an hour later I bought WordPress Premium.
    Now 6 hours later I wanted to cancel both payments.
    I clicked on the first one (Personal) to cancel first. This succeeded.
    Then I went back to cancel the Premium one, but there is no option. They are both gone.
    I can’t cancel the Premium one.

    Now I have also cancelled the domain name.

    Looking at my creditcard website, I see that I have cancelled the Premium one? (which is weird, because I cancelled the Personal one, and I have a receipt for this too).
    Besides this, I am also charged an extra amount of 26,01 euro?
    I think this is because of the domain name only, but I surely cancelled that one too.

    So now I still get 61,89 euro’s from you guys! Who can help me?
