Boxing Scoring

  Hi there,

  I’m very new to WordPress/coding, so forgive me if this is a very obvious question.

  I’m hoping to create a website in which you’re able to score boxing matches, by using a pre-built table. I.e. You type in the names of the two people fighting, the number of rounds they will be doing and then the option to choose either 10 or 9 as their score (perhaps as a drop-down option).

  Eventually, I’d like to be able to have the ability to save the scorecards you’ve created and have these saved in there own ‘area’, but my main focus, for now, is just building the scorer itself.

  I’ve searched for plug-ins and if anyone has coded this previously, but I’m not having much luck so far. Where/how would I even get started on building something like this?

  Since using plugins here requires a paid Business Plan, you’re not likely to find many folks who can offer a recommendation.

  Because of this, I recommend asking over at https://wordpress.org/support/forum/miscellaneous/ instead.
