    Hi there,

    The domain, branchesgroup.com, expired in January and was removed from our system on 20 March. You had contacted us in February and we had sent you multiple emails with a payment link to pay for renewing the domain, but you never replied to any of them and did not make any payment, so the domain went into redemption with our domain provider and was eventually deleted at the registry.

    Someone else has since registered that domain on 26 May at NameBright.com. There is no way to help you get that domain back, as that person now owns the domain.
