Brand New user – collaborative spreadsheet help needed

    I want to create a collaborative spreadsheet which multiple users can edit. I have followed the instructions for embedding a Google sheet to my site and it appears on my home page. I have set the permissions for the sheet to anyone on the internet with the link can edit. But I am unable to edit the sheet from within WordPress. What am I doing wrong? And do other users all need their own Google account to be able to edit?

    I am unable to edit the sheet from within WordPress.

    You won’t be able to edit the spreadsheet from your WordPress.com account, it’s only embedded into your site, but it lives on your Google Drive.
    On WordPress.com side, you will only be able to modify the link.

    As far as I’m concerned yes, but you may want to check Google docs to be sure :).

    Thank you so much. I actually worked this out for myself while lying in bed pondering the matter, but it’s good to have it confirmed. Users wil need to have Google sheets installed to be able to edit
