bring text to front of background

    Hello,

I’ve made a custom background that I really like. However, I am having problems with bringing the text to the front so that it does not blend in with my background.

    Very Respectfully,

The text appears in front of the background on https://treesequoia.wordpress.com/, but the color and shade of the text does not contrast sufficiently with the color and shade of the background. Backgrounds that are alternately light and dark present special problems with regard to the display of text against them. White or light-colored text will display clearly against the dark portions, but disappear or appear very faintly against the lighter portions of the background. For a site with text against a multicolored background, it is generally best to choose a background that is relatively uniform in shade (dark or light), though the color may be varied.

You’ll probably require CSS customization (Premium Plan upgrade) to modify the text color.
