Bringing my website back from wix to wordpresd

    Hi, we had our website with WordPress for a long time. Then last year we switched it to Wix which was a big mistake. I’m trying to bring my site back to wordpress again but for some reason, it says that my account is suspended. Can you please help:
    My site is http://www.canadianhomestyle.com
    I have two wordpress logins
    1) what the agency used when we had our website with WordPress through Bluetooth
    Username: CHSadmin
    2) a freelancer made a WordPress account to automate my blog distribution
    Email: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    Please let me know what I should do moving forward. I’m not sure which one to use or what to do about my suspension or why I’ve been suspended. I would like to resolve this before looking into getting my new hosting and start the transfer
