Brizy Pro Issues

  After paying $149.00 for Brizy pro, we are unable to edit the webpage using Brizy. We have the payment reference number. The error message reads ‘Upgrade to PRO to use this Header element’.

  We can’t help with third party themes. You must contact support of that theme as you also paid for support.

  I assumed this was support. How would I be able to contact them? WordPress only gave me the forum option. Thank you.

  You could start on the site where you bought that theme. Or you could start at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/brizy/ but it seems there support is almost nihil.
